When will I receive my order?
We would like to apologise if you have not yet received your order. Our delivery guidelines state when you will receive your order after dispatch. If your item does not arrive in the times quoted, we would recommend that you contact us so that we can look at your order for you.
I have received damaged or wrong product.
We’re very sorry to hear you have received damaged or wrong product. Our procedure requires that you contact us so that we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label. Once we hear from you, we will give you full instructions on how to return the item to us and anything else that is necessary for us to process a return.
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to Medicine regulations, Health, and Hygiene Safety we can only accept pharmaceutical returns for one of the following reasons:
– To correct a deliver error by us
– In response to a product recall instigated by the manufacturer
– Where products have been damaged in transit
We can not accept return or exchange of below products.
-Perishable items (food, confectionery, baby milk)
-Medicinal products
-Unsealed products or items are worn next to the skin or hair.
When will I receive refund in my account?
Refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 working days from date of processing it. We usually process refund same day once we have authorised it and informed the customer.
